We are a Spirit-empowered, diverse community of believers at McNeese State University , declaring in word and lifestyle our faith in Jesus Christ, equipped to fulfill our purpose in God’s global plan. For many years, Chi Alpha has had a presence at McNeese State University. Chi Alpha, which comes from Christou Apostoloi - Greek for Christ's Ambassadors in 2 Corinthians 5:20, is found on over 300 campuses throughout the nation. At McNeese Chi Alpha is connecting with students at XA Live and meeting together in lifegroups across campus.

Tony and Lindsay Jones (lead pastors)
Tony and Lindsay took over the ministry at McNeese Chi Alpha on August 1, 2014. They met in Chi Alpha at UL-Lafayette where Tony gave his life to Christ as a Sophomore and Lindsay was furthered mentored in her walk with Jesus that she began at very young age growing up in a local church. They have 3 children: Blakelyn (the oldest), Brielle, and Boston.
